Apart from the fees, there are some factors you may want to consider when choosing a school:

• Academic curriculum and continuity of education. You may wish your child to stay with the International Baccalaureate program or on the British or Australian or another curriculum when you leave Hanoi for home or your next destination;

• Location. Traveling time for your child to get to and from the school;

• School leadership and quality of teaching staff;

• Availability of sporting facilities, and extracurricular activities.
